📅 Terms and Conditions
- THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN TO AVAIL THE OFFER IS 20 CHILDREN
- VISIT DURATION 2 HOURS ONLY BETWEEN 9 AM TO 12 PM
- REDEMPTION AND PRIZE GAMES ARE NOT INCLUDED
- PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR APPROVAL
👶 Age & Safety Requirements
- Toddler Package is exclusively for children aged 1–4 years. Age verification may be requested.
- All participants must wear grip socks inside the play area.
- Our Kid Check wristband system must be used for all children.
- Accompanying adults must remain on-site for the duration of the visit.
- A minimum ratio of 1 adult per 10 children is required for school groups.
💳 Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are per person.
- Minimum group sizes apply — see individual package details above.
- Additional participants beyond the booked number will be charged at the same per-person rate.
- Official invoices are available for schools and government entities upon request.
- Payment accepted: cash, KNET, and credit card.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before the visit: deposit transferred to a new date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: deposit is forfeited.
- Whoopii Land is not responsible for cancellations due to external circumstances (transport, weather, etc.).
- Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
🏛️ General Rules
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the play areas.
- Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.
- Whoopii Land reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules without a refund.
- All participants agree to Whoopii Land's general park rules upon entry.
