Most locations are open Sunday–Satuarday 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Hours may vary during public holidays. Check our Locations page for exact hours.
Walk-ins are welcome! However, we strongly recommend booking birthday parties and group visits in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Weekends and holidays fill up quickly.
All our locations are situated inside major shopping malls, so ample free parking is available at the mall. Valet parking is also available at select malls.
Some rides have minimum height requirements for safety reasons. Our staff will always guide you at each attraction. Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
